Context

A big organization in a CEE country came through a huge transformation exercise which changed its corporate culture and internal org.structure, reorganized and automized core and support processes, made more effective decision making process, as well as increased its ability to cope well with the internal and external challenges as the leader in its industry and sphere of activities.

Problem

When the CEO and other top managers left, the institution faced a crisis of strategic ideas for development. There was no long-term planning process linked to the generation of strategic initiatives, understanding well its customer needs, and no strategic competencies inside the organization to drive and direct development. The organization needed to build the development process from scratch.
