Context

One of the leading state enterprises in a CEE country developed a mid-term 5-year strategy according to the industry development documents. The strategy was approved by the Government and contained a roadmap with initiatives and strategic indicators. The Supervisory Board of the enterprise drove the implementation of the strategy and reaching the strategic indicators.

Created a supporting PMO unit – a team of 4 professionals

Initiated training and seminars on Project Management for the management team and units’ heads (40+ FTEs)

Launched process of quarterly reporting on strategy implementation to the SB and CEO (and defended)
